We do this through our four arms of services; Employment, Housing, Education and Advocacy, and Business Support & Consultancy.

"My session with Franklin enabled me to be confident with interview skills which has enabled me to express myself clearly and confidently during interviews. When I was offered a job in the MOD AS Civil Servant, Franklin was also involved in my relocation to Bristol and settling in both at work and home. The support I had from Franklin was incredible and I’m forever grateful" D Wiseborn

With our local connection opportunities we remain focal point to provide Service Leavers and their immediate families with civilian housing information for those wishing to move to settle in South Gloucestershire area at any time. This service also extends to those in their resettlement phase with the transition to civilian life. We also engage with Council Housing Officers to assist veterans facing homelessness. This usually involves a face-to-face interview with a housing officer. We also extend this to your immediate family to enhance their employment opportunities. We partner with Specialist organisations to provide whole life development pathway support. They recognise the skills you have gained in our armed forces and want to complement these qualities, as well as provide support to transfer your skills into the civilian workplace.
